Manager: In this position, which reports to the CEO, I am responsible for the strategic direction and implementation/utilization of technology. During my time at AHMA I have reduced the cost of web site hosting by over 80%; reduced the number of people required to support the infrastructure; saved over $100K in the choice of an Association Management System; saved 30% on printing costs; and saved 40% on telephone equipment and services. In addition, my efforts continually save money and improve service levels through the effective use of in house skills and outsourced consultants, right-sizing and consolidation of hardware and equipment, and automating previously manual tasks.
